Certification - Think of it as Contagious Magic

December 10, 2008

RSVP Now!

Have you ever thought of your certification program as magical?  Maybe it's time that you should.  The truth is that when an individual receives your organization's certification, everything changes.

As a certification pro, you spend an enormous amount of time chasing customers.  At CNG's December 10 meeting we will be talking about how to create compelling reasons for your customers to chase you.

We'll be talking about how you can build your certification business based on a great product, a greater product offer, and some equally compelling market ideas that solidly connect you and your customers.

Leading the discussion will be Cheryl Wild a co-author of Improving Testing.  Cheryl will reveal how to transform your certification test and program into an exciting "Certification Experience" for everyone.  She will show you how to re-invent your certification program so that it actually markets itself and transforms every applicant into a program sales person.  There will be plenty of discussion about the tools that will help you accomplish this and how best to utilize them.

Carl Oldberg, managing director of The Communicators, will then share how you can take your great certification product and greater certification experience offer and convince your target market that what you have is what they've always wanted.  He's had considerable corporate experience doing just that with everything from cell phones and proprietary education to pharmaceuticals, dietetics, and initiatives and products focused on homeland security.

Don't miss CNG's "Certification Experience."  It promises to provide you with some great information and perspective, fabulous networking opportunities, and some holiday refreshments and laughter.  You've really got to be a part of it.  Mark your calendars.  There's no charge to come but we do ask that you tell us you'll be there. Besides, security check-in at the AARP building requires your name is on the RSVP/attendees list, in advance.
