Program presentations can be theoretical, right? Not this one.
Kevin Jerge isn’t just going to tell you what to do; he is going to show you.

Real-world examples with specific recommendations. Nothing theoretical. It doesn't get any better than this. You'll return to your office, way ahead of your peers.

Here are a few of the topics that will be covered in this presentation.

  1. What Is All This Talk About Community? And what makes certification “the perfect storm” for online communities.
  2. Each Community Has Its Own DNA The DNA in a community is established by and contributed by each and every member of the Organization.  CNG’s base DNA was initially established by the first members from this field that met for brown bag lunches airing problems and seeking advice for challenges they were facing.  These challenges are still many of the same that you face today - Industry Challenges, Organizational Challenges, Program Challenges and most importantly personal and career challenges.Your DNA has naturally evolved over the years as Certification Opportunities have grown and the base of people around Certification has grown also.
  3. Within Each Community there are Sub-Communities.  What are they for certification organizations?
  4. Specific Ways The Certification Community Interacts Today
  5. What Are the Major Issues Facing the Certification Community?  Featuring  highlights of the seven major issues identified at the September 19th meeting, such as “Finding and Understanding Best Practices,” and “Personal Growth and Fulfillment in Certification.”
  6. People's Web Habits Have Changed and What This Means for Your Certification. Google is a verb. People want to have content pushed to them continually when they want it and how they want it.Social Networks are thriving - providing a representative experience that users of the Internet have longed for - True Interaction-Participation and Collaboration.
  7. Using Community Advantages to Fuel Fast Growth for CNG. Kevin will take the entire group at the meeting through specific questions about what is important to certification professionals and how best to facilitate the discussion that is already happening, plus  cull the ideas and topics that are most important to the group?
