If you build it, will they come? More importantly, will they come back, after you they achieve your certification?
Will this happen almost automatically or will you end up chasing them down and doing everything for them to keep them recertified?
What about the ones who are certified, have those initials printed after their name everywhere and just don't bother to recertify? Who's going to find out and check the compliance with you?

Please note: Sometimes the program and problem-solving discussions really get rolling and, when that happens, you are welcome to stay, participate and help us close the meeting. Sometimes, this breaks out into smaller group discussions over lunch at nearby restaurants. It's a vital, interesting group, so keep your networking schedule in the afternoon flexible on meeting days.
